U.S. Orders
We strive to meet your high expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, including packaging. Note that customized, engraved, Final Sale or Sale Items are ineligible for return.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, our system will seamlessly create a new order for the desired item once you drop your items off at the shipping carrier.
Store Credit
If you opt for store credit, our system will automatically issue you the full order amount as store credit once you drop your items off at the shipping carrier.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted, and the refund will be processed five days after we receive the returned items.
International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for providing their own label and covering its cost. Please contact us at info@louxjewels.com for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- US Orders: Please submit a claim through the Return Portal button for lost or damaged orders. Package protection must be purchased for shipping insurance.
