1-Year Warranty for Members

At LouxJewels, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. Our 1-year warranty is exclusively available to valued members who have an active account with at least one prior order and are subscribed to our mailing list, or serve as brand ambassadors for LouxJewels.

Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, members must contact LouxJewels customer service and provide:

• Order information (including order number and purchase date).
• Proof of damage or defect (such as photographs & a detailed description).

Jewelry Care Guidelines:
Before approving any warranty claim, we kindly ask members to refer to our Jewelry Care page to understand proper care and maintenance for their jewelry.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or changes in color due to exposure to chemicals or environmental factors.
• Loss or theft of jewelry.
• Any modifications or alterations made to the jewelry by parties other than LouxJewels.

Claim Approval:
Upon review and approval of the warranty claim, LouxJewels will provide one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the damaged or defective item with a new piece of the same model, subject to availability.
• International members will receive store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount if a replacement is not feasible.

Shipping Cost:
For members within the United States, LouxJewels covers the shipping costs associated with the replacement order. International members will receive store credit equivalent to the value of their original order to cover shipping costs in their respective countries.
